Located in a charming St. Louis Hills neighborhood, the client wanted to modernize this home and add some modern conveniences. They added a mudroom and powder room on the first floor and completely revamped the kitchen, entry, and living room areas. On the second floor they added a master bath and walk in closet to an existing bedroom to create a master suite, as well as giving a face lift to the other bedrooms. While the addition was small in footprint it added a great deal of functionality and style to this French Tudor style home.
