Learfield IMg College HEadquarters

Due to a recent merger with IMG College, long-term V3 client Learfield Sports needed to make better use of the space at its headquarters building in Plano, TX. We worked with the company to add enough multipurpose space, employee workstations, training areas and other amenities to accommodate the growing company’s expanding workforce. In addition to new executive suite and conference room, the re-tooled office suite features a new communicating stair that connects the upper level to the lower lobby and training suite both visually and functionally. Retractable glass walls on the lower level will allow the lobby and training areas to be fully opened up to facilitate large-scale company gatherings. The space is currently under construction with scheduled completion in late 2019.
